Free Finds: Art Around Boston

If you have a date coming up and you're looking to save a little money without looking cheap, taking advantage of the free nights at local museums, or the always free galleries, is a great way to have a fun night. Luckily, most of the museums around Boston have free nights that you can visit (and not to mention, many are free for students all the time).  There is also a huge art scene near the Seaport that is worth visiting.

Museums:

The Museum of Fine Arts - Free every Wednesday after 4pm

The Institute of Contemporary Art - Free every Thursday from 5pm-9pm

The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum - Free on your birthday! (Free every day for anyone named Isabella)

Harvard Museum of Natural History - Free every Sunday morning from 9am-Noon

The Waterworks Museum - Free every day

Galleries:

BSA Space - Free every day

Grand Circle Gallery - Free every day

Boston Open Studios - Free (and changes locations, more info here)

Fort Point Arts Community Gallery - Free every day (only open Wed-Fri 10-6pm)

Definitely check some of these out, they're very cool!

Happy Saturday!
